Who I Am
Hi, I'm Gader, the Italian maker behind Black Beard Projects.
For more than a decade, I've been documenting my projects on YouTube, sharing both the successes and the failures. What started as a way to share my interests has grown into a community of over 3 million people who enjoy making, experimenting, and building things from scratch.
What I Do
My projects range from blacksmithing, knife making, bladesmithing, metal casting, and machining to tool builds, restorations, and the occasional unusual idea that simply seems worth exploring.
Every project is an opportunity to learn something new and explore different techniques. Through long-form videos, I share not only the finished result, but the entire process behind it. By sharing the journey from my perspective, I hope to inspire others to start their own projects and discover what's possible with curiosity and patience.
